What’s so great about working in Calendly’s Platform organization? You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the Identity & Access Management related services and capabilities that support our engineering teams and drive the success of our products. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership skills to influence platform architecture; guide engineering practices and execution; and ensure the resiliency, scalability, and performance of our platform.

You will report to the Head of Platform Services in this role.
As a Senior Engineering Manager at Calendly, you have the chance to mentor and grow some of the best and brightest engineers in the world. In this role, you will be overseeing the evolution of Calendly’s architecture from a monolithic codebase into high availability services. This role will also be working on building out the foundational APIs and capabilities that enable our entire engineering team to innovate quickly. This means working closely with product focused engineering teams to understand their needs, and also deep diving into our data services to discover new capabilities and insights that provide value to our users.

The ranges listed below are the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Calendly takes a number of factors into consideration when determining an employee’s starting salary, including relevant experience, relevant skills sets, interview performance, location/metropolitan area, and internal pay equity.
Base salary is just one component of Calendly’s total rewards package. All full-time (30 hours/week) employees are also eligible for our Quarterly Corporate Bonus program (or Sales incentive), equity awards, and competitive benefits.
Calendly uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location, or the onsite building location if hybrid, to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current geographic zones are as follows:
