SEM Manager

Location Details: India, Remote

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Join GoDaddy's in-house SEM Team in an end-to-end strategic and operational management role. Be at the forefront of generating traffic, acquiring new customers, and maximising revenue for the largest marketing channel at GoDaddy. What you'll get to do...

Partner with teams across GoDaddy to develop and execute go-to-market paid search plans 

• Utilize data-driven methodologies to evaluate SEM campaign performance and implement strategic recommendations
• Lead campaign management including keyword expansion, copywriting, bid strategies, and segmentation
• Measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize performance based on insights
• Recommend strategies based on market dynamics and competition
• Conduct A/B test experiments to enhance bidding, copy, and landing page strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategy & expertise with SEM campaign setup 
• Support automation adoption and drive innovation

Your experience should include...

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Paid Search roles
• Expertise in managing high-budget Paid Search accounts
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Proficiency in campaign analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics & Tableau
• Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Jira and Workfront
• Ability to run controlled experiments, with a track record of continuous optimisation through experimentation.
• Excellent spoken and written English
