We are seeking an APAC Leader that will lead, inspire, and support a team dedicated to driving excellence in Azure Region Design. The ideal candidate will exhibit the ability to navigate deep technical complexity while fostering executive-level strategic discussions and decision-making. This role demands a strong exemplar of Microsoft leadership behaviors and someone capable of creating an impact beyond their immediate areas of responsibility.
The Region Design and Technology team spearheads the infrastructure principles and strategy (power, telecommunications, and data centers) that underpin Azure Region launches, expansions, and technology advancements. Our global team collaborates across various disciplines to apply design principles and introduce new technologies. As the Principal Technical Program Manager leading the APAC Region Design team, you will be responsible for creating, socializing, and obtaining alignment for incremental and long-term designs of Azure and AI Regions across the APAC geography. This includes expanding current regions, developing new regions, and integrating cutting-edge technologies as they emerge.
