About the Role
As a key member of our B2B Strategy & Operations team, the Business Intelligence Lead will play a key role in transforming raw B2B data into actionable insights while working closely with B2B stakeholders. In this role, the focus is on analytical excellence and creating robust reporting frameworks to enhance business performance and foster a data-driven culture throughout the B2B organization. You will work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, B2B leadership) to generate insights that inform strategy and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into business performance, enabling cross functional stakeholders to monitor performance against strategic objectives

Analyze OKR data regularly to identify business opportunities and operational improvement opportunities in alignment with companies strategic objectives

Develop models for trend predictions and proactive insights to inform decision-making

Collaborating with other teams, such as product and marketing analytics team and data warehouse to ensure smooth integration and data consumption

Ensure accuracy and alignment of data definitions and standards with company standards to facilitate timely decision-making and enhance overall data quality.
What We’re looking For

4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, preferably within digital or e-commerce environments

Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Looker) for building dashboards and generating actionable insights.

Commercial and strategic mindset with ability to provide analytical solutions to business objectives and problems

Proven track record of managing tasks efficiently and achieving results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple work streams while working cross-functionally toward aligned goals.
