Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our dynamic team specializing in patent-related professional services (non-legal). This is a client-facing role that plays a key part in the full project lifecycle—from pre-sales engagement and solution scoping to proposal pitching, project delivery, and partner coordination.
This role does not involve legal review but requires strong domain knowledge in the IP and patent analytics space and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams to drive successful client outcomes.
As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of quality proposals for search and research requests. You will also be responsible for collaborating and reviewing analysis, recommendations and client-facing deliverables.
This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office with the expectation to work from the office once a week.
