The Role

Our customer-focused marketing team is the cornerstone of brand building, customer engagement, and fueling business growth. The BeyondTrust Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to nurture existing customer relationships, maximize customer lifetime value, and drive customer retention by leveraging marketing initiatives that foster loyalty and engagement with BeyondTrust's cybersecurity solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify expansion opportunities and deliver targeted campaigns aligned with customer needs and business goals.  

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement Initiatives

  • Design and execute customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials to showcase the value of BeyondTrust solutions. 
  • Support customer communities, forums, and online platforms to facilitate knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer engagement. 
  • Manage relationships with leading online review platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights and G2 to drive customer review activity and enhance the BeyondTrust market presence. 
  • Organize engaging virtual & in-person customer events, webinars, and training sessions to educate customers and empower them to get the most value from their solutions.  
  • Support the execution of the annual Go Beyond Customer & Partner Conference. 

Customer Advocacy 

  • Deliver world-class customer events and experiences that foster loyalty, drive advocacy, and fuel business growth. 
  • Identify and nurture customer champions to cultivate a strong advocate community that generates positive word-of-mouth, customer reference referrals and online reviews. 
  • Develop programs to encourage customer participation in surveys, feedback loops, and customer advisory boards. 

Sales Enablement 

  • Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams to inject customer insights into targeted content and sales enablement materials to support selling efforts.  
  • Develop customer-centric messaging and presentations to effectively communicate the BeyondTrust value proposition

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor key customer metrics (customer satisfaction, retention rate, net promoter score) to measure campaign effectiveness.  
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and inform future marketing strategies.  
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on customer engagement and key performance indicators.  

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing principles and best practices.   
  • 2-4 years' experience in a customer marketing role.   
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills to build strong customer partnerships that encourage long-term loyalty.   
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful customer-centric marketing campaigns with measurable results.   
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Eloqua, Craft CMS experience is a plus).   
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to measure the success of campaigns and understand customer behavior.   
  • Collaborative approach to work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and customer success.   
  • Strong written communication skills to craft and contribute to compelling content that resonates with customers.  
  • Ability to represent and reinforce the BeyondTrust voice, values, and vision to customers and prospects.  
  • Willing to travel occasionally to support and execute in-person customer events.  
  • Desire to join a fast-growing team and collaborate on new ways to engage customers and address their greatest cybersecurity needs.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity industry or related technology space preferred. 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Eloqua, Craft CMS experience is a plus). 
  • Undergraduate college degree in business, marketing, management, or related field of study
