Location Details: Remote, US

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.  

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Operations Analyst to join our Global HR Services Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the global employee life cycle, ensuring the seamless execution of HR operations across multiple regions. As the Senior HR Operations Analyst, you will work closely with HR business partners, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that employee-related processes are handled effectively, consistently, and in compliance with local regulations. This role requires an experienced professional who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and has a strong foundation in HR knowledge and HR practices.

What you'll get to do...

Global Employee Life Cycle Management:

  • Provide day-to-day support for employees and managers globally on HR operational matters including but not limited to answering policy questions, assisting with various employee lifecycle events/task, responding to/assisting with Tier 1 immigration and mobility tasks.
  • Work with regional HR teams to support local employee transitions and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR operations processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve employee experience.
  • Develop, document, and standardize procedures for HR life cycle processes, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions.

Compliance & Policy Management:

  • Ensure that HR operations follow local and global employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any legal or regulatory concerns related to employee life cycle events.

Employee Experience:

  • Ensure a positive, seamless employee experience throughout key life cycle events by acting as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions or concerns.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR processes, policies, and tools.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with HR business partners, recruiters, managers, and other departments to facilitate smooth transitions during key life cycle events.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to align processes and ensure consistent delivery of HR services across regions.

Project Management & Special Initiatives:

  • Lead or participate in special projects, such as global process improvements, or employee experience initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation of new tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of employee life cycle processes.

Your experience should include...

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems and HRIS.
  • Proficient knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
  • Experience working on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

You might also have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in international HR.
  • Experience supporting US Immigration matters.
  • Experience using Workday and ServiceNow.
