We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead (EMEA) to lead and support our recruitment efforts across corporate and sales roles. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our hiring processes, andworking closely with regional Talent Acquisition teams to attract top-tier talent within the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with hands-on experience in managing recruitment operations in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development: Lead a team of recruiters and sourcers throughout Europe, providing guidance and support to ensure best practices are followed and fostering a collaborative recruitment approach across the EMEA region.
Recruitment Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to implement effective hiring strategies that align with Groupon’s business objectives and workforce planning needs for corporate and sales roles.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience while incorporating best practices specific to EMEA markets.
Performance Management & KPI Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of talent acquisition efforts, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability in recruitment operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and department leads to understand talent needs and deliver data-driven recruitment solutions tailored to corporate and sales functions.
Employer Branding: Contribute to strengthening Groupon’s employer brand within EMEA by leveraging various recruitment channels and initiatives tailored to regional market needs.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Support DEI initiatives in hiring processes by implementing strategies that foster a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline in the EMEA region.
Data & Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Technology Utilization: Optimize the use of the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and other recruitment technologies to streamline workflows, and enhance the overall hiring experience.

This position will be based in Valencia, Spain, with a requirement of hybrid working - 2 days/week in the office. Occasional international travel may be required to collaborate with regional teams.
