Amazon residential lockers allow customers to receive safe, convenient, and secure package deliveries in their apartments. As a Business Development Representative for Amazon Hub PARP, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of high-quality Amazon residential lockers in multi-family apartments. In this role, your primary focus will be to build a portfolio of business utilizing both inbound and outbound sales outreach, while working closely with our Operations (for installing products), Marketing (for how to position our products to the customer personas), & Quality (how to improve our products) teams. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint within existing verticals and identifying further opportunities for expansion in new and exciting use-cases.
Key job responsibilities
- Generate profitable business expansion through existing and net-new partnerships.
- Inbound and outbound prospecting using tools such as mail merge, reonomy, co-star.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery through negotiation and installation.
- Partner with other internal organizations to continuously improve customer experience and profitability.
- Be responsible for the executive engagement at all levels of your business.
- Build strong relationships with internal Amazon partners through clear articulation of the business value proposition, looking for opportunities to surprise and delight our clients and customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for your customers, providing exceptional client service and support.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their delivery and package management needs, and position Amazon Lockers as the premier solution.- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 3+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience in the residential sales market

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
