We’re looking for a dynamic senior BI Developer to join our data team in Tel Aviv. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind improving our data infrastructure, ensuring the smooth integration of new sources into our data warehouse, and improving the performance and structure of our SQL models.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

  • Collaborate Closely with Data Analysts: Work hand in hand with our data analysts to enhance the performance, structure, and quality of DBT models, ensuring our data analytics practices are second to none.
  • Be the Go-to for development teams: Serve as the primary contact for our development teams, guiding them on how to integrate new data sources into our data warehouse with precision and efficiency.
  • Oversee Data Architecture Maintenance: Take charge of our data architecture's health, including ETL's and reverse ETLs processes, ensuring high availability and reliability of our data infrastructure.

Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in SQL and experienced with Snowflake or BigQuery. Eager to acquire new technical skills and find innovative solutions to challenging issues.
  • A People Person: You’re a team player at heart, Collaboration is your middle name, and you know how to communicate complex data concepts in simple terms.
  • A Strategic Thinker: With a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of data architectures, you're always ahead of the curve, anticipating the needs of our data infrastructure and its users.

Here is what is needed:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally working closely with data analysts in a tech-forward environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
  • Tool Mastery: Besides your advanced SQL skills, you have hands-on experience with tools like DBT, Snowflake, and BigQuery.
  • DBT isn’t just a tool for you; it’s a staple in your data toolkit. - a must
  • Ability to maintain, develop, and re-factor DBT models. 
  • Experience with Looker - Advantage.
