Monzo Europe is an Irish-based subsidiary of the Monzo Group which will, upon authorisation, be the base for Monzoโs expansion as a bank into the European Union. We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead and manage operational resilience in Europe.
About the roleโฆ
As the Operational Resilience Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining Monzo Europeโs operational resilience framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and other relevant guidelines.
You will be part of the First Line Risk & Control Discipline, and will work with cross-functional teams to implement the entityโs approach to preventing, responding to, recovering from, and adapting to operational disruptions.
This is a critical role within the First Line of Defence, requiring a proactive and strategic mindset, strong risk management expertise, and a deep understanding of operational resilience, third-party risk, and digital banking operations.

๐Ideally this role will be based in our Dublin office, as this will help us build and grow a united team in our new EU hub, but we're open to distributed working within Ireland, as long as you can get to the Dublin office on a regular basis.
