Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
  • 5 years of experience directly managing an HR team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
  • Effective communication skills, understanding how to communicate large complex change, with demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate in Romanian fluently, to work in internal and external stakeholders.

Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

  • Attract, grow and develop a high performing team.
  • Build partnerships with Legal, Integrity, Compliance, DEI  and Employee Relations teams to create forward looking solutions that are market specific.
  • Identify local employment, labour relations, and compliance risks and partner with critical stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Advise on employee consultation obligations and manage such processes; minimize risk and negative impact on operations.
  • Act as point of contact for Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide input to solutions and services and support COE in driving change.
