We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and customer-obsessed account executive to help grow the Renewed Europe business by focusing on the strategic aspects of managing relationships with our largest Selling partners. The leader is responsible for building strategic relationships and articulating a clear vision for optimizing Amazon-wide engagement. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous work environment is critical to success in the role.
As a Renewed Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating sales growth, expanding selection, and improving retention amongst existing Seller partners. You will create innovative ways to identify new selection, merchandising, and operational improvement opportunities through partnership with internal and external stakeholders. The leader is responsible for selling at the most strategic level within the account to implement a broader strategy of earning acceptance within Selling partners to invest in various initiatives. The role will also involve ownership of strategic projects and initiatives, requiring a high level of engagement and alignment with internal stakeholders and Selling partners to deliver results.
This is a unique opportunity to influence a fast growing and relatively new business on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for creative problem-solving, a strong bias for action, and the ability to quickly earn trust. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills are required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role.
Key job responsibilities
· Manage a number of high-priority suppliers to help them grow on Renewed across EU7 by ensuring they understand our policies, tools and promotional opportunities.
· Define the overall vision, strategy and input/output goals for portfolio suppliers, working at the most senior level within these businesses to meet these goals.
· Conduct deep dives to report on the performance of portfolio businesses at EU-level, surfacing insights and using these to shape our global Account Management strategy.
· Use the “Voice of the Customer” to identify opportunities for Renewed to improve our products, business processes, systems and tools for all of our 3rd party suppliers.
· Partner with internal Amazon teams (including Renewed Tech, Leadership, Operations and Category Management) to implement and drive these improvement projects.

Through Renewed, customers can purchase products across a range of categories including smartphones, PCs and tablets, benefiting from the price-savings and lower environmental impact of buying pre-owned. Renewed is live across 13 geographies worldwide. This role is based in Luxembourg, HQ for the Renewed International business.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years professional experience working in client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis and account management
• Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and influence stakeholders across disciplines and levels of the business
• Excellent interpersonal and communications (both verbal and written) skills
• Demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills
• Business Proficient in English• Effective C-level communication skills
• SQL skills
• MBA
• Work experience preferably in the eCommerce, on-line advertising, retail technology, or software

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $154,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
