What you’ll do

• Manage key client relationship, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day needs and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships daily to mid-level client contacts, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
• Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the scope of services and deepening client engagement.
• Lead project teams, ensuring flawless execution and delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope. This includes resource allocation, timeline management, and quality control.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Strategy, Design etc.) to develop and implement strategic solutions that meet client needs.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience managing client relationships and projects within international agency background 
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese.
• Experience in retail design or branding projects or technology clients would be a plus.
