This is a Fix Term Contract (FTC) for 12 Months.
Amazon Logistics is looking for an Account Manager for Middle East and Europe (MEU) to support Delivery Service Partner (DSP) recruitment initiatives. This role leads relationships with external agencies to help DSPs recruit, hire, and retain qualified Delivery Associates (DAs). The Account Manager will oversee a dedicated budget while developing scalable hiring solutions for our expanding delivery network.

The Account Manager will navigate complex stakeholder relationships, drive process improvements, and play a key role in Amazon's recruitment strategy for its delivery network.
Responsibilities will include:
Strategic Partnership Management
• Lead and develop trust-based relationships with minimum 5 Recruitment Agencies (RAs)
• Build and maintain partnerships with key internal stakeholders including Country Managers, Marketing, Hiring Events, Procurement, Finance, PR, Legal teams
Operational Excellence
• Coordinate with Country Managers to meet regional staffing needs at the right time
• Deliver DA hiring capacity through RAs while optimizing conversion rates, SLAs and cost-per-placement
• Monitor and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel
Process & Technology
• Drive ATS platform adoption among RAs
• Collaborate with Country Managers and tech teams to enhance recruitment tracking systems and reportings
• Lead EU standardization processes
Financial Management
• Monitor and optimize MEU program budget utilization
• Ensure timely invoice processing and financial reconciliation
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Business Development or Account Management or Talent Acquisition
- Experience running large scope projects with cross-functional teams
- MS Office
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal communication)- Experience managing complex sales pipelines or scaling business relationships with proven results
- Experience building complex programs from the ground up
- Experience managing stakeholder communications with senior leadership
