The Role: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruiting efforts in Vietnam. The recruiter will be the front lines of representing WorldQuant and our values by ensuring a positive, high-quality candidate and client experience. The recruiter will be thoughtful and consultative in their approach, focusing on the quality and caliber of targeted candidates. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for building robust candidate pipelines to drive business growth while placing an emphasis on directly sourcing talent. You should be a proactive problem solver who is highly organized, energetic, detail oriented and resourceful with a can-do attitude and service approach.

  • Be part of WQ Global Talent Acquisition team and focus on implementing the firm’s talent acquisition strategy
  • Actively source potential candidates and build pipelines for various roles in WorldQuant Vietnam
  • Facilitate recruiting process with hiring manager (sourcing, interviewing and selection). Establish and maintain open communication with managers in resolving recruiting needs
  • Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process for a variety of roles
  • Maintain active recruitment pipeline reports for all open positions.
  • Build an effective recruiting network, and relationships with agencies and vendors to drive an active recruitment pipeline
  • Conduct market research and candidate mapping where necessary
  • Be an active member of the People team; sharing insights on internal and external talents, recruitment strategy and work plans

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, human resources or a degree in another relevant field from a leading university
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience working on strategic projects of talent sourcing in High-Tech industry is a plus, with sharp understanding of recruitment practice and labor market in Vietnam
  • Critical thinking, self-driven and organized, including excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize and keep clients informed throughout a search with a business-partnering mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form; Command of the English language
  • A creative mind with initiative to suggest improvements
  • Proactive about learning and motivated to take on additional responsibilities over time, great team spirit
  • Experience with Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, PowerPoint
