The Strava for Business team works with brands and their agencies interested in engaging with the Strava community. We provide an innovative and exciting alternative to standard advertising channels and formats. As the Americas Sales Lead, you are a manager/player, as confident leading and coaching a team as you are with pitching, winning and nurturing our most valuable customers.
You are an expert in how to sell to marketers at all levels, and have ample experience of media agency and brand direct advertising sales. You know how to align Strava’s sponsorship solutions to deliver on client objectives. You are comfortable working in a dynamic business environment with ambitious goals, and you know what is required to support your team to achieve them. You will be challenged to stretch your creative and strategic muscle, working in lockstep with cross functional teams, including Marketing, Creator and Developer Partnerships as well as Product.

This role is based in the NYC office with a hybrid in-office work requirement of at least 3 days per week.

Salary ranges are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $270,600- $287,400 with Incentive comp 40%. The base salary posted is within the compensation range for this role.
