Experience in devising and implementing strategies and business improvements.
Ability to solve problems, find solutions, manage projects across multiple stakeholders and geographies, and collaborate to develop partnerships.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence executive stakeholders/C-Suite.

Conduct Request for Proposal (RFP), negotiate investments, focus on Return on Investment (ROI), secure leadership sponsorship.
Establish and own trusted relationships with C-level of the external workforce. Influence forward looking investments and executive commitments. Design and execute comprehensive operational excellence strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals (e.g., site level, vendor level to global).
Identify local optimization opportunities and seek alignment with regional and central stakeholders to materialise gains while ensuring business continuity. Negotiate and execute on optimization directives received form central functions based on global data motivated insights.
Design plan for new launches and execute vendor roadmap for offshore business. Design and implement contractual readiness. Act as guide and coach for the entire operation.
