Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional with over 6 years of relevant experience in Office 365 and Active Directory administration. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Intune , Entra ID and On-Prem Active Directory.Candidates with strong on-premises Active Directory experience will be given preference Key Responsibilities:
Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 services including:Exchange Online: mail flow troubleshooting, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), retention policies, and email security via Microsoft Defender.SharePoint Online: site management, external sharing configurations, restriction policies, and access control.Microsoft Teams: Teams Calling, Teams Rooms, and device configuration (Teams Phones).Power BI: workspace management, gateway creation and maintenance.
Manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance and application deployment across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms, including:App protection policies (MAM)Line-of-business (LOB) and Win32 appsAutopilot, Autopatch, APNS, DEP, and VPP.
Administer Entra ID (Azure AD):User, group, and device managementConditional Access policiesIdentity protection and governanceExternal identities and enterprise application integration (SSO)
Maintain and troubleshoot On-Premises Active Directory:Multi-domain and multi-forest environmentsGroup Policy Objects (GPOs)Domain, site, forest, and Organizational Unit (OU) architectureReplication and authentication issues
