About the Team
At Nium our global Compensation and Benefits team leads the design and execution of the company's global compensation, equity and benefits programs, ensuring they align with our growth and people strategies to attract, motivate and retain talent.Partnering with the broader People organisation we continuously research and stay informed about global market trends in employee compensation and benefits to support business growth and the delivery of scalable new solutions.Currently we have employees based in over 15 countries, with most of our workforce based in India, Malta, Singapore, UK and the US.
About the Role
As part of Nium’s global Compensation & Benefits team, you will be responsible for administering the policies and programs that align with our compensation and benefits philosophy and framework, ensuring we remain competitive and deliver equitable compensation structures. You will report into the Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits Partner, and collaborate with Human Resources, Legal and Talent Acquisition teams.
