We are constantly looking for new opportunities to expand our platform in this area and add new functionalities. Box Relay is Box's workflow automation application that enables Box power users easily to automate and accelerate business processes centered around content. Relay is focused on content-centric workflows, and makes it easier for business users to automate tasks that would otherwise be manual and time-consuming. 

WHY BOX NEEDS YOU:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for Box Relay.
  • Collaborate with Box customers to identify important features that will drive adoption of Box Relay.
  • Partner with design teams to enhance user experiences and iterate on them.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Measure results and continuously improve features based on defined metrics.
  • Shape market messaging and support sales and customer success teams in achieving goals.

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of taking products from concept to successful launch.
  • Capable of leading and motivating a team of engineers in a challenging, dynamic and global environment.
  • Comfortable negotiating technical requirements and dependencies across the technical stack.
  • Expertise in building low-code workflow platforms or document-centric workflow automation tools, delivering solutions that streamline complex processes.
  • Proven ability to navigate and balance the needs of diverse personas, including enterprise buyers, administrators, and end users, within dynamic environments.
  • Effective communication with all types of audiences, developers, procurement, or executives. Must speak English proficiently.

 Requirements that are Welcome:

  • Experience in implementing AI Agents as a part of the product
  • MBA
     

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Conduct market research, customer research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and help develop product strategy
  • Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria by working closely with Product and Engineering Leads
  • Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable customer value
  • Measure results and iterate on features with a keen eye towards driving metrics that matter 
  • Collaborate with GTM teams including Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Service, etc. to effectively communicate product messaging to customers, identify high-vale use cases, and explore new product opportunities
  • Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team


Percentage of time spent:

  • 40% Creating and iterating on requirements & mockups. Working with engineers on sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming and design reviews
  • 20% Interacting with customers, sales, solution engineers, customer success, professional service, product support, etc.
  • 20% GTM activities such as release management, documentation, collaterals creation, etc.
  • 10% Market research, competitive research
  • 10% Analyzing metrics

Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
