Lead, develop, and mentor a team of GSMs to achieve their individual program and career goals Ability to prioritize team growth (IDP, growth, awareness of individual priorities/what makes them tick) Coach the team to demonstrate detailed expertise at the station level but also know how to drive macro level negotiations with supplier executives See around corners and create/improve processes that remove roadblocks for teams to allow them to focus on strategic initiatives Drive team to develop, refine, achieve consensus, and implement a sourcing strategy for specific non-phone LOBs, that is aligned with overall Apple Sourcing Strategy Develop a globally resilient supply chain Ensure proper contract and commercial terms are closed in a timely manner Manage deliverables with constrained resources, creatively restructure and re-prioritize work

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain design and optimization, supplier sourcing and procurement negotiation, supply management and operations, cost modeling and financial analysis
  • 3+ years of management experience

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $171,300 and $257,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
