Workplace Site Manager

Position Overview:
As the Workplace Site Manager for our new Manila office, you will be instrumental in establishing and overseeing workplace operations that foster an efficient, engaging, and secure environment and amplify Okta’s mission, values, and culture. Reporting to the APJ Regional Sr. Manager, this role will focus on operational excellence, employee experience, and workplace services in alignment with our company’s global standards. You will manage the day-to-day workplace functions, vendor partnerships, and ensure the seamless execution of workplace programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Operations: Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations for the Manila office, including facilities management, office layout, and space planning to optimize both productivity and collaboration.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and manage safety protocols and respond to emergencies with a proactive, prepared approach.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements to maintain quality standards for janitorial, security, and maintenance services. Maintain and manage site budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Employee Experience: Cultivate a workplace culture that enhances employee engagement by managing office amenities, organizing onsite events, and implementing workplace services that align with global programming.
• Flexible Workspaces: Oversee the office's flexible workspace solutions, ensuring effective use of resources for employees in both collaborative and individual work settings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, Security, and other internal teams to ensure that workplace operations align with company values and support cross-departmental initiatives.
• Data & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for workplace operations, space utilization, and employee satisfaction to continuously improve services and report on outcomes to regional and global teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in workplace, facilities, or office management, preferably in a fast-paced tech or international environment.
• Skills: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with local regulatory requirements for health, safety, and building compliance. Experience with flexible workspace solutions and facility management software is a plus.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive a positive workplace culture.
