ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible's insights team leverages data to create value for our company and customers. We're seeking an Analytics Manager for our marketing measurement science team, to help us understand the return on investment (ROI) of our paid media and brand investments.

In this role you will help instill a data driven decision culture by leading the development of KPIs, dashboards, insights, and visualizations that drive a focus on results, execution, speed, and learning. You will work closely with Audible’s global marketers to help them to make better paid media budget allocation decisions.You will also have exposure across the entire business, including a wide range of functions (e.g., engineering and data science, product management, creative and content development).

As a Analytics Manager, you will...
- Consistently deliver accurate and insightful analysis, driving high-quality decision making within our business, and earning trust with business stakeholders
- Complete ad hoc / deep dive analysis as needed to help drive business decision making in an agile manner
- Collaborate effectively with other teams within VINCI, including partnering with teams focused on the immediate impact of our marketing actions, with the goal of understanding how short-term performance and long-term brand building work together to drive business outcomes
- Communicate clearly, translating complex problems into simplified, relevant outputs that can be quickly understood and actioned by both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner closely with cross-functional (marketing, content, media, creative, etc) teams to understand business problems and identify opportunities through data driven approaches
Participate in the broad Amazon insights community, sharing and leveraging best practices and new analytical approaches

- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in analytical field (e.g. Analytics, Business Intelligence, Management Consulting, Research), or advanced technical degree in quantitative field with 2+ years of experience, including internship or relevant academic work
- Experience collaborating effectively with teams to successfully plan, execute analytical projects. Skilled in communicating complex results and data-driven insights to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL, Python or R
- Experience developing BI reports using Tableau (or similar data visualization tool)
- Experience in using GenAI tool- Master's degree in relevant field.(Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Information Science, Business Analytics, etc.)
- Ability to structure undefined problem spaces, and ramp up quickly in new areas
- Experience with experimental methods and structured problem-solving
- Experience with marketing, media, brand, creative or similar area
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Genuine curiosity, and an appetite for learning and growing
