JOB SUMMARYThe Business Analyst Lead role will collaborate, lead, align and enable process optimization in SaaS/AI tools to meet business requirements and drive measured business outcomes aligned to operational, strategic and growth objectives. This role will work closely with Customer Experience teams and align across global business teams and stakeholders to ensure processes and functions are aligned to global requirements, streamlined to scale, drive efficiency and deliver required reporting metrics. This role will also be responsible to ensure solutions are focused and flexible to meet evolving business needs and strategy. A primary outcome will be to drive efficiencies, support systematic forecasting and global KPI reporting for the Customer Experience organization.
