Overview: Gracenote is the top provider of entertainment information, creating industry-leading databases of TV, movie, and music metadata for entertainment guides, applications and in-car entertainment.We are the leading supplier of TV and Movie entertainment data. We supply data to leading entertainment platforms and devices.  We are currently looking for a Sr. Schedule Editor to join our Content team.
About The Role:Procure broadcast affiliate TV listings information for timely use in all products. Responsibilities:
• Edits and maintains television schedules and database information for broadcastaffiliates for all markets.• Edits television schedules for high-profile DMA markets, national cable/satellite channels• Analyzes program schedules, assesses network, syndicated and local programinformation in database and consolidates data content and new program information.• Researches and documents questionable program content by consulting programinformation providers and/or Gracenote personnel.• Initiates and maintains effective relationships with programming information providersand acts as a customer service representative when addressing issues concerningproduct content and policies.• Provides timely updating of listing’s information outside regular business hours asneeded.• Directs workflow for absent teammates and provides cross-shift updating coverage tocreate an independent team.(OT assignment/Day off worked)• Research reported errors and identify root cause, trends, training needs or workflowchanges.• Manage Preventive Reports/Dashboards to Identify Corrections and redirect team'seffort when needed.• Provide training support where necessary.• Leads the team by directing workflow, communicating and troubleshooting team issueswith department Team Lead.• Provide after hours 24/7 on-call rotation support.• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.• Ticket Resolution and follow up (Urgent After Hrs/Tickets on Hold and Open Status)
Requirements/Qualifications: • Exceptional grammatical, organizational, analytical and communication skills.• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and time management skills.• Provide after hours 24/7 on-call rotation support.• Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.• Schedule availability• Consistently delivers outstanding results on Schedule Priority Dashboardassignments• Demonstrates exceptional performance in Working Plan tasks
