Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-Have:
• Extensive experience in automation implementation using UiPath and tools like Power Automate.
• Proven experience working directly at customer locations.
• Strong solutioning skills and expertise in tools assessment.
• Ability to analyze customer application systems and recommend appropriate tools.
• Deep understanding of ROI for automation solutions.
• Healthcare domain experience is highly desirable.
• Good to Have:
• Proficiency in programming languages like .NET, Java, or Python.
• Experience with environment setup for automation tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end automation implementations using UiPath and other automation tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their application systems and recommend suitable tools for optimization.
• Provide solution designs and conduct tool assessments tailored to client needs.
• Analyze and present ROI insights to stakeholders to demonstrate the value of automation initiatives.
• Ensure smooth environment setup for automation projects.
• Leverage domain expertise, particularly in healthcare, to drive impactful automation solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding junior team members and contributing to organizational growth.
