Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive growth and employee engagement. This role requires someone with a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and align HR strategies to support business goals.
- Provide insights on workforce trends, engagement, and organizational health metrics.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to change management initiatives.
- Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive working environment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and regularly gather feedback through pulse surveys and focus groups.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Facilitate goal-setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews, and career development discussions.
- Support managers in coaching, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with internal teams to design relevant programs.
- Work with managers to build succession plans and career growth opportunities for high-potential employees.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across teams.
- Track and report key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and guide decisions.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions such as talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and tools.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
