Role Overview:

As a Data Center Manager, you will be the backbone of our high-frequency trading operations, ensuring that our high-performance computing (HPC) clusters run at peak efficiency. You’ll play a critical role in managing on-site operations, optimizing infrastructure, and driving innovation in our cutting-edge trading environments.

• Manage day-to-day operations in data centers, ensuring seamless coordination of on-site tasks, including hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Oversee the setup and initial installation of all hardware and software, ensuring that systems are operational and optimized for trading performance.
• Monitor and report on health of hardware deployed in DCs
• Verification of changes in racks post completion of activities and ensuring sanity of racks
• Inventory Management of data centers, maintaining in and out of the servers
• Dealing with vendors to place orders and ensure to avoid any bottlenecks

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers and system administrators to ensure work in colocations and data centers
• Contribute to automation and workflow improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience with Data Centre management.
• Interest in problem-solving and understanding complex systems.
• Strong communication skills and a consistent, disciplined work ethic.
• A mindset geared toward process automation and high accountability and ownership of work
