We are looking for highly self-motivated people to take care of forecast definition for FBA operation.
The Demand Planning PM will own the entirety of the FBA forecast process, from it's conception to the adjustments, having to take inputs from several stakeholders, such as supply, sales, marketing and operations teams.
This position will drive the program growth by analyzing and taking ownership of the metrics and charging stakeholders to improve them. To do so, the PM will work with a large amounts of decentralized data and will need to have good communication skills to debate and reach consensus with different stakeholders outside FBA program team. The Demand Planning PM manage Inbound, Outbound, Customer and Seller Returns.

Key job responsibilities
Ownership of the long, medium and short-term forecast (build, adjust and publish)
Drive performance discussions with sales, marketing, operations and transportation teams
Support leadership on strategic plans (OPs and Guidances)
Understand the influence and impact of upcoming deals and promotions in FBA
Guarantee operational capacity on the FC level
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
