About the Role

 

We are seeking a talented and hands-on Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll work alongside Creative, Growth, Partnerships, and Content teams to build Future’s online presence, drive user growth, and make our brand stand out. You’ll play a critical role in developing and executing strategies, creating compelling content, and fostering a loyal online community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Channel Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each platform to maximize reach, engagement, and growth.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, on-brand content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, captions, and stories.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay on top of industry trends, viral moments, and reactive opportunities to keep Future relevant and engaging.
  • Community Moderation: Actively monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a loyal community.
  • Growth Focus: Create campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through creative storytelling and strategic planning.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to inform future content strategies and optimizations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-10 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms (please include links).
  • Strong visual and written storytelling skills with an eye for design and branding.
  • Deep knowledge of platform-specific best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • Experience in the fitness, sports, or wellness industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand is a plus.
  • A growth-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and experiment with new approaches.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for fitness, health, or wellness is a big plus!
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

Compensation, Benefits & Life at Future:

  • Salary range: $104,000 - 140,000 / year + equity. The salary range is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
