About the Team
We build financial tools to solve financial problems in a scalable and efficient manner. We not only solve problems, but we look beyond to solve meta-problems, which are problems that people who solve problems have. We are builders, and the long-term success of a technology-driven FPnA function depends heavily on us. Because the more we understand the anatomy of our planning problem, the more we see Anaplan as the right solution for us. Nubank has gone through a lot in a short period of time: we started as a mono-liner credit card startup and now we are a multi-product, multi-geography financial services enterprise. That alone created a combinatorial complexity explosion, that requires better multidimensional tooling to scale our FPnA function. We believe Anaplan offers that, and we believe we have the right people and the right innovation mindset to implement it and drive a huge impact at Nubank, in Finance and beyond.

Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
