Compensation: The compensation package for this role includes a base salary of $40,000 along with an on-target variable commission of $33,400, totaling $73,400 per year. After a 5 month ramp period, your commissions will increase to $60,000 per year, totaling $100,000 per year. Plus comprehensive employee benefits starting the 1st of the month following your start date including: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, matching 401k, ESPP and short and long-term disability programs.
