YOUR MISSION
This role is for a senior leader (Commercial Director) of Glovo’s commercial team, focusing on working with our core part of the business - restaurants. As a Commercial Director in Kazakhstan you will have the unique opportunity to help us:
Partners:
Improve our selection (sign those final few great restaurants not yet on our platform)
Devise new ways to help our partners grow their business on our platform
Glovo:
Help us reach KPIs and position Kazakhstan as one of the best performing countries in Glovo
Setup best in class ways of working for all of our commercial team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
Leadership, Business Acumen and Collaboration
- External: Proven experience of at least 5 years in working with partners from small size to big corporates in order to align on strategic initiatives, foster mutual growth, and ensure seamless collaboration
- Internal: You’re an expert on managing stakeholders, working with peers, and leveraging other teams aspiring to do what’s best for the company
