On-site
Are you interested in joining a team focused on growing Amazon Web Services by delivering strategic skills transformation programs to enable our largest customers to achieve their transformation goals? Do you have a passion for driving workforce transformation through upskilling, strong program and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver customer impact? If so, we encourage you to consider this role.

As an Enterprise Skills Transformation (EST) Engagement Manager, your role will be at the intersection of program management, technology and change management. You will collaborate closely with local AWS Training & Certification (T&C) field teams to build EST's presence in LATAM, and partner with senior stakeholders from AWS's largest customers to lead strategic upskilling engagements under our Enterprise Skills Transformation portfolio of offerings. You will dive deep on the customer's business goals and enablement needs, collaborating closely with AWS Account Teams, Training & Certification colleagues, and technical specialists to build and execute upskilling programs that support our customers in achieving their business goals and transformation objectives. One EST offering is AWS Skills Guild - a consultative engagement designed to inspire organization-wide cloud adoption and unlock innovation. It accelerates the cultural and technological shifts necessary for transformation by helping develop and launch a bespoke cloud enablement initiative using the AWS Skills Guild framework.

Successful candidates will have a strong project management background; professional consulting experience; a deep knowledge of organizational change management processes; functional knowledge of AWS and cloud computing; and a demonstrated passion for enabling and transforming customer organizations. We value individuals who are data-driven and can demonstrate leadership abilities, including gaining customer stakeholder buy-in, communicating effectively at both the executive and project team level, and collaborating with a wide range of technical and non-technical teams across organizational boundaries. We seek natural problem solvers who can navigate ambiguity and work autonomously to drive the right outcomes for customers.
