HR Operations and Systems Manager (4130)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations and Systems Manager to join our team in a hybrid role based in Emeryville, CA. This position is perfect for a professional who is passionate about both optimizing HR operations and managing HR technology systems. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end HR processes, from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, while also ensuring data integrity and systems configuration across our HRIS platforms, including BambooHR, Lever, and Navex.

As a key member of the HR team, you will lead efforts to improve processes, ensure compliance, and develop data-driven solutions to scale our HR operations as we grow.
