Role: Events Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Events Manager to lead our online and offline events, creating impactful experiences that engage our audience and drive brand conversations. The ideal candidate will come with hands-on experience in setting up and executing both digital and physical events — from concept to execution — with a sharp understanding of new-age platforms and immersive audience experiences.
Candidates should be from an agency background with a proven track record of independently setting up and managing events — both online and offline — should have a deeper understanding of how Google, Apple, Facebook host their events.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Events:
Set up online events from scratch across platforms including X Spaces, Instagram Live, LinkedIn Live, YouTube Live, and Zoom Webinars.
Ensure seamless multi-platform broadcasting of live events through tools like OBS, Zoom, and social integrations.
Design event flows with speaker slots, interactive Q&A sessions, and moderation.
Collaborate with internal teams to create social media creatives, captions, and announcements.
Coordinate dry runs, tech checks, and audience engagement ideas to make digital events more interactive.
Offline Events:
Conceptualize, plan, and execute on-ground events ranging from product launches, brand activations, B2B conferences, and community meetups.
Handle end-to-end setup — stage, lights, AV, branding, guest list management, RSVP tracking, and vendor coordination.
Source and collaborate with production agencies, AV vendors, and experience designers.
Create event run-of-show documents, speaker schedules, and technical rider sheets.
What We're Looking For:
5-7 years of agency experience (mandatory) managing events independently.
Deep knowledge of online event tech platforms — X Spaces, Zoom, LinkedIn Live, YouTube Live, and social media simulcasts.
Experience in setting up multi-platform livestreams with seamless audio-visual coordination.
Ability to handle on-ground events from 0 to 100% execution — including city-wide activations across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities.
Strong understanding of digital storytelling — how an event flows online and translates into social buzz.
Skilled in creating impactful post-event videos with the right formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social posts.
Excellent vendor management skills and attention to detail.
