AWS Cloud Operations is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, highly organized and creative Executive Assistant, to provide support for potentially three leaders within the organization, with a growing global team.
The AWS Cloud Management organization builds the products that AWS customers use to manage their cloud applications – from small single region deployments to hugely complex global applications! The team will make it easier for customers to manage their applications, provide centralized operations that allows taking actions in a safe manner from one place, and audit all actions for purpose of security and operational use cases. We simplify cloud management by helping customers automate and minimize their ops load and easily audit their environments and ensure compliance. We are currently expanding our organization in Seattle, Herndon, Arlington, Berlin, and London.
Key job responsibilities
* Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars
* Management of complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of executive's tasks and appointments according to their importance, urgency, and relevance.
* Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders
* Extensive travel coordination (international and domestic)
* Participate in planning of events and drive key team activities (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, supply ordering)
* Work alongside other executive assistants within the org and throughout AWS/AmSec to drive best practices and cross collaboration of efficiencies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
