Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) Retail Scaling Team is seeking a Program Manager to contribute our mission of enhancing Vendor Experience (VX) and Employee Experience (EX) through developing and scaling innovative transformation programs and engagement solutions.
This is a highly visible and distinctive role that offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across JP and global markets across Amazon, while gaining extensive exposure to leadership team.
Key job responsibilities
As the Program Manager, you will own the critical VX/CX benchmarking and transformation work for JP Retail. This is an exciting opportunity to drive end-to-end VX/CX transformation at the heart of our operations. Key focus areas include:
- Lead transformational programs that optimize Vendor Experience (VX) and Employee Experience (EX) across Amazon JP Retail
- Design and evolve Voice of Vendor (VoV) and Voice of Employee (VoE) collection mechanisms to identify critical challenges and needs effectively
- Champion the VoV and VoE, collaborating cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions
- Drive Amazon partner engagement initiatives to elevate vendor experience and satisfaction
- Elaborate impact measurement framework to deliver material and sustainable impact on VX and EX partnering with Data Science and Business Intelligence teams to deliver actionable insights from comprehensive VoV/VoE datasets

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
