A Senior program manager of Automotive, BISS & Outdoors (L&G) drives experience enhancement for our customers, reduces wastage and defects and helps drive selection into our highest converting channels. The role entails partnering with multiple teams such as Local shops, VAS, CoBW team, Selection, Speed teams across OHL & Central functions to help drive the adoption of central products. The candidate needs to be able to demonstrate a mix of dive-deep, bias for action, learn & be curious as a must-have and earn trust and think as a nice to have. I would love to work with self-driven individuals who have an answer to most problems, however even when they dont they become resourceful and eke out these responses from a mix of networking, building functional knowledge and automation/using AI. The candidate must be relentless and believe in our Day 1 value-system and refrain from becoming a victim of "this is not my job" or "I cannot influence this". Exposure to business & P&L is an outcome of this role. Ready exposure to multiple leaders across OHL, central finance team and program teams.
Key job responsibilities
Improving Speed and selection build up
Reduce defects and wastage in the P&L
Improving experience by scaling VAS products in the GLs
Adopting CoBW solutions to solve defects at scale

Deep diving on business and input trends
Attending partner WBRs and understanding how to scale those solutions
Measuring the CX benefits of all the above change
Sending leadership updates
Monitoring customer escalations on account of experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
