Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the QA team to deliver high-quality software through effective test strategies, test planning, and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing and automation throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Ensure the automation framework is scalable and adaptable to future project needs.
• Oversee the continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
• Manage the execution of test cycles, report defects, and ensure thorough documentation of test results.
• Provide timely and insightful feedback to development teams on quality issues and risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that quality standards and regulatory requirements are met.
• Monitor and manage the effectiveness of test environments and automation frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years overall, with at least 5+ years in software quality assurance and testing, with a strong focus on automation.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (BDD, Spring boot)and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, Appium(Android/ios), RestAssured).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with performance testing using JMeter.
• Familiarity with AIOps (hands-on experience is a plus).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of observability and containerization technologies (e.g., Grafana, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Git and Linux commands.
• Understanding of relevant industry regulations (e.g., FDA, SOC 2).
• Debugging skills using tools like Charles Proxy and Android Studio.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
