Project Controls Lead, 10x Data Center

We are seeking a candidate for a key project leadership role leading project controls operations for an AI enabling infrastructure campus of unprecedented scale (potentially greater than 2GW) and of strategic importance to Meta. The Project Controls Lead will not only be a technical subject matter expert overseeing all cost controls & commercial deliverables on the project and across multiple General Contractors, but also oversee a team of Analysts representing Meta that will manage invoicing, commitments, financial reporting, and commercial management for the project. The successful candidate will be a critical partner for the Delivery Director, Construction Management team and Schedule lead. This role will be based at the project site in Rayville, LA and will report directly to the Global Project Controls Manager. Leadership, communication, and organization skills are important in this highly collaborative, analytical, and strategic role. This position will work closely within the DEC (Design, Engineering and Construction) Business Controls team and various internal departments including Site Project Management teams, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing and Operations Engineering.
