The Enterprise IT Support team is responsible for the hardware and software that Datadog employees around the world use on a daily basis to successfully do their jobs. This means providing excellent customer service to our employees to support thousands of endpoint devices such as macOS, iOS, Chrome OS and Windows. In addition you will support software as a service (SaaS) solutions like Slack, Zoom, Freshservice, and more. As an Enterprise IT Specialist for the IT Support team, you will help ensure our ever growing user base has everything they need to do their job. You will help onboard new hires, support existing ones, and make sure the technology in our offices is working.

What You’ll Do:

  • IT Support Help Desk: Provide best-in-class customer service, manage our walk-up help desk, ensuring requests are promptly triaged and resolved with efficiency, providing a seamless support experience for employees.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate smooth IT onboarding for new hires, including hardware provisioning (laptops, accessories) and software installation. Handle offboarding procedures, ensuring the timely retrieval of equipment and secure account deactivation.
  • Laptop Inventory & Lifecycle Management: Track and manage IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory records and sufficient stock. Oversee the lifecycle of laptops, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and decommissioning. Handle repairs, upgrades, and replacements as needed.
  • Day-to-Day Office IT Support: Provide hands-on technical support to employees for any hardware or software issues. Assist with conference room setups, AV equipment support, and ensuring technology is fully operational in our office.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT Support members to ensure consistency and process improvements. Participate in initiatives that improve the overall IT support experience for the organization.

Who You Are:

  • 1 year of experience in an IT Support role, preferably supporting a corporate environment
  • You love working in a team and helping people
  • You have supported Apple devices such as Macbooks and iPads
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • You are fascinated by the way things work and can explain them in simple terms
  • You want to work in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment
  • You’re familiar with G Suite and other common SaaS applications

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. $68,000$92,000 USD
