Role Overview 

The Business Development Manager in APAC is responsible for initiating partnerships with app developers, managing a pipeline of partners, and driving revenue growth. The role requires over 4 years of experience in Business Development within the Advertising Technology space and a strong desire to work with publishers with a focus on south-east asia markets.

What you will own

  • Initiate, structure and negotiate high impact partnerships with app developers across the region
  • Build, prioritize, manage and communicate an active pipeline of partners
  • Create and grow revenue through your own book of business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch new publisher focused products with your partners
  • Collate and interpret partner feedback to facilitate improved products
  • Work with the Sales Team to ensure inventory is aligned with specific advertiser requirements

What you need to succeed:

  • 4+ years of Business Development experience within the Advertising Technology space
  • Desire to work directly with publishers across content verticals
  • Experience selling SDK and RTB solutions in a mobile environment
  • Hunter mentality; able to drive toward revenue goals

Who you are

You’re a hunter who loves closing deals. You are passionate about mobile apps and creating long-lasting partnerships with publishers app developers

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Initiate, structure, and negotiate high-impact partnerships with app developers across the region.
  • Build, prioritize, manage, and communicate an active pipeline of partners.
  • Create and grow revenue through your own book of business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch new publisher-focused products with your partners.
  • Collate and interpret partner feedback to facilitate improved products.
  • Work with the Sales Team to ensure inventory is aligned with specific advertiser requirements.
  • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients to ensure sustained business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

Skills required

  • 4+ years of business development experience in the advertising technology space.
  • Desire to work directly with publishers across content verticals.
  • Experience selling SDK and RTB solutions in a mobile/desktop environment.
  • Experience in working with clients across APAC markets like South East Asia, India and  Australia.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage market insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of automation tools and their application in business development to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Strong strategic sales and marketing skills, including identifying and targeting potential clients, understanding customer needs, and developing tailored pitches.
  • Excellent networking and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
