Inherently, it is the information hub in the company. GBO has their feet in business, analytical & operational areas and learns to think about things from all perspectives, giving them a unique, consultative strength. The team has a key seat at the table from a strategic perspective and given the unique strength we possess; we are the people that really make a difference in the operational world. 

Brief Description 
This is a requirement for Analytics (GBOA) unit within GBO (Global Business Operations) team. GBOA unit plays a significant role in providing data insights globally. In our roadmap to be the hub of all reporting and analytics related tasks across all verticals, our priority is to ensure high quality & accuracy in all tasks delivered & manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer focused solutions, thereby meeting analytical plans to the strategic vision of the company. We curate data to extract information and generate insights which helps in taking decisions that drive the business. We understand bespoken needs of the Stakeholders, try & resolve for key issues on the data generated for them and deliver beyond expectations. We proactively identify, streamline, automate and optimize different workflows for efficient functioning. 

Analyst (1-2 Years): 

Responsibilities: 

  • Execution of all cadence reports/dashboards by providing data insights to the stakeholders by maintain the SLA TAT and Accuracy. 
  • Modifying the existing dashboards and debugging the codes which might have production issues. 
  • Cater to the stakeholder’s Ad-hoc data insights related requests in timely manner. 
  • Assist with documenting internal procedures, policies, and tutorials regarding report execution process. 
  • Develop the Business context by understanding the Business & Data related attributes. 
  • Develop and maintain Stakeholder interaction, connecting with the Stakeholders frequently to understand the Business needs and cater data related solutions accordingly. 
  • Work on streamlining of existing reports/dashboards either by automation or optimisation. 
  • Building new Reports/Dashboards to solve for Business problems using data. 
  • Work across various internal teams to resolve queries & ensure smooth delivery of tasks. 

Requirement: 

  • B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent degree from reputed institute with a minimum 1-2 years' experience. 
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills. 
  • Good understanding of online advertising industry and ecosystem. 
  • Good Analytical [Descriptive and Diagnostic Analysis – Must have, Predictive – good to have] and Data handling skills. 
  • Proficiency in technical skills like Python, R, SQL, Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, fair understanding of Databases like Azure Databricks, Apache Superset etc. and their reporting mechanism.GCP is good to have. 
  • Good to have Prior exposure to Ad Tech ecosystem and working model/Funnel. 
  • Good Dashboard Building and Data Story Telling skills using Power BI. 
  • Moderate understanding of Descriptive Statistics, Data Preprocessing & Data Modeling. 
  • Results-driven professional with a passion for performance and desire to stay on top of industry and technical trends. 
  • Quick learner, consistent in accuracy and possess the ability to handle and sustain high volumes. 
  • Highly self-motivated team player. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. 
  • As part of the team, foster cohesion, demonstrate appreciation & exhibit equal participation to achieve team’s objectives. 
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure. 
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
