So, what’s the role all about?

We are hiring a creative, passionate, and driven Senior UX Designer to join our UX and Research team. As a user-centered design professional, you would help craft delightful user experiences for the leading CX Cloud Software in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

At NICE you will be designing for a suite of tools and technologies which facilitate and optimize the operation of a call center. Our tools are used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service operations, by handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing customer interactions, and streamlining various call center processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design efforts for complex product areas.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to create effective user experiences.
  • Develop and execute design strategies that align with product goals.
  • Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Conduct and apply user research and usability testing insights.
  • Support the Design System through pattern use and ideation.
  • Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices.
  • Facilitate collaboration across global teams and time zones.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 5–8+ years of UX Design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design for complex systems.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
