The Sales Strategy and Operations Team ensures strategic oversight and seamless operational management of sales, pre-sales and post-sales teams across Stripe’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. The team looks after analytics and insights, operations, strategy and planning.
The Sales Strategy and Operations team supports various teams across Stripe. The Business Analyst for Startups will work directly with the Startups sales team. The Startups sales team sells Stripe solutions to new and existing customers. The team also develops and manages relationships with leading venture capital (VC) firms and accelerators and their portfolio companies in pursuit of the following objectives:
This role will support the Startups sales team. The Startups sales team collaborates with numerous cross-functional and external stakeholders globally, including operations, data science, product and customer success.
This role will be focused on building business foundations and unlocking compelling insights for internal and external audiences in the startups space. You will analyze startups data, metrics and insights, contribute to the daily, monthly and quarterly cadence of the Startups team, and act as a subject matter expert around Stripe startup data, systems and processes through data analysis. You will build, refine and automate dashboards and reports that are intuitive and actionable, and design and operationalize tools/processes that are scalable and drive efficiency.
