Gopuff is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join the Distribution team. We are looking for a self-starting, collaborative leader with a strong technical background to drive process improvement across the North American Distribution Network. The Senior Operations Manager role is a solutions-oriented and customer-driven role within Gopuff that requires ownership, bias for action, innovation, and enthusiasm for the challenge. In this role, you will manage our Third Party Distribution teams and lead a team of Area Managers specializing in network quality. Ultimately, the success of the Distribution Network is determined by your ability to manage cost, prioritize inventory accuracy, and ensure service excellence to our MFCs.
