To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Partner Solutions Manager, Government, to join our Global Channels and Alliances Organization. This senior role will orchestrate seasoned key strategic initiatives to architect and build an ecosystem to help serve our government customers worldwide. The Partner Solutions organization manages the Channel strategy for extending Grammarly's business model by building and developing a portfolio of consulting, services, and selling partners. The business leader will be responsible for growing and shaping the market effort to build Grammarly's presence and market share globally for the years to come.

As a Partner Solutions Manager for Government, you will be responsible for growing and shaping the market teams to build Grammarly's presence and market share globally in the upcoming year, taking a holistic view of the overall government business and ensuring that decisions are made with future growth in mind.
Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. In Canada, all locations where we support employment are considered “Zone 1”.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
The commission portion for this role will be 30% of the On-Target Earnings (OTE). The market-based compensation differentials will be applied only to base pay for commission-eligible team members.
