Job Description

As Producers at Riot, we are passionate in our support of teams which create products and experiences that achieve maximum player value. We guide development and business operations across League Studios, unifying the individuals and teams who contribute in these operational areas. By increasing our awareness of how we work we can bring increased operational consistency and effectiveness and allow the rest of the Studio to increase their time and effort dedicated to building the right products.

As a Producer on the League Studio leadership team, you will partner with producers and leads across our game and partner teams. You will manage the day-to-day work and be the custodian of studio wide delivery and business processes and ensure that collaboration with our organizations run smoothly. You will maintain the execution of existing initiatives and work collaboratively across the studio to maintain value based backlogs focused on continuous improvements.

You will report to the Principal Product Manager for League Studio Operations within the League Studio Leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of Studio wide Quarterly Planning: Lead and oversee the execution and communications for quarterly planning. Consult on areas for improvement and execute change management.
  • Data Collection & Resource utilization reporting: Manage data collection and reporting for Rioter and Vendor efforts, offering insights on workflows and engagement planning.
  • Studio Operational Strategy: Maintain and improve the studio strategic document repository, ensuring its alignment with studio operational strategies. Consult on areas for improvement and execute change management.
  • Content Pipeline Data Gathering & Execution: Collect and analyze content pipeline data, ensuring smooth execution and operational flow.
  • Organizational Planning Audits: Conduct audits on org planning data and usage to ensure data consistency and completeness. Consult on areas for improvement and execute change management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience leading production projects across medium to large organizations. 
  • A history delivering customer centric approaches to generate maximum overall outcomes with minimal impact to executional teams.
  • Experience working directly with software delivery, finance and HR teams to ensure the processes they build meet the needs of the partners and customers that use them.
